I think the clue to the identity of the test match is in the title to the article. As indeed is a clue to the day number. Further clue, it was the Friday.

Fear not those who desire news of a bolder test match days at Lord’s this year – there is also a Day Four report from the same match coming soon. Also a day of the Ashes test at Lord’s. Both of those feature the intrepid Daisy…
