Why do you sense that the West Indies might find a squad that could compete whereas South Africa are not even worth talking about, despite the southern hemisphere location next time around. Of course they are likely to find an infeasibly bizarre way of getting knocked out – they always do – but they often come close in tournaments before finding that novel method.
