it is with doubt. hughes needs to be back in this/the team. not necessarily for warner, though. but warner is not going to do it against decent bowling for long unless he really changes something fundamental about his batting.

The question is who is controlling his batting – Professor Warner or the chimp? If it’s the latter, he is entirely suited to (and brilliant at) T20. To be a test match batsman of standing, it needs to be the former.
